Samosa, Seekh Kebab and Chicken Tikka. Probably amongst the most recognisable, and delicious, of all Indian light bites and snacks. Light filo pastry samosas filled with a choice of either vegetable or meat, deep fried and served with a side salad. Robustly spiced minced lamb seekh kebabs and chunky pieces of tender chicken tikka, both also served with side salads.
